What are the primary sources of vitamin C?

    Citrus fruits/ fresh lime.
    If you cut lime; use half and leave other half unused – it’s vit C is gone

    The richest source of vitamin C is Amla. Guava , cashew apples, bor, cabbage & drumsticks (both leaves & pods) are excellent sources of vitamin C. Besides this a variety of citrus fruits such as oranges, mausambis, grape fruits etc. & other fruits such as papaya, mangoes, pineapples & tomatoes are also good source of vitamin C.
