    Dr Suman is right; I tried a quick weight loss program and landed up with diabetes going out of control and thyroid problem that i never had

    You need to do regular exercise like walking, jogging, etc, some stretching & more important are weight training exercise or you can do 150 mins per week (30 mins every day) as well as you need to concern your diet. Don’t eat junk food, cakes & all bakery products in excessive amount. Eat salads, fruits every day. Include milk & milk products in your diet as well as non veg food like egg, fish, & chicken. Eat moderate amount of cereals & millet’s, legumes & pulses etc. Avoid oily foods. All this can helpful for weight loss.
