My son is going for football training / practice. Any additional diet / supplements he needs to keep up the stamina?

    make sure that he is getting sufficient proteins (building blocks) for his increased demands (fruits, salads, nuts, may be a protein shake). If he practices in sunlight make sure that sufficient sugar, salt & electrolytes go in – home made lime juice is very good.

    Avoid supplements in children. natural resources like milk & milk products; fruits, eggs, veggies (esp greens). Yes. Glucose + salt + lime to compensate for losses while hectic training/ summer
