Food Pyramid ??

The Food Pyramid has been around for a generation, being taught in schools for about 15 years

but still we find that people are obese and don’t lose weight easily? Where do we go wrong?

    The people are obese & don’t lose weight because of their wrong food habits & also a life style can matter for all this thing. People does not know the importance of food pyramid. So we need to improve our eating habits like including all food groups in our diet which is nutritious & healthy. Avoiding more of eating out sides food, junk, spicy & oily food. And for a healthy life style we need to do regular exercise per week or 4-5 days in a week, which will be beneficial for our health & fitness.
