Can u suggest the diet to burn belly fats or getting 6 abs?

    Eat protein rich foods like milk & milk products, pulses & legumes, fish & chicken, whole egg, soybean, carbohydrate rich foods in moderate amount like all cereals & cereals products. Include more of fruits & vegetables in your diet. Avoid excess intake of oil in your diet. Excess intake of junk & out side foods, sweet & oily foods should be avoided. For burn the belly fat follow the diet as well as do regular exercise like aerobic & weight training which is essential for you.
