Her weight is proper at this age. You have to give her 2 to 3 cups of milk in a day as well as
2 tablespoons of dal, 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of meat / fish (give this if you are a non veg eater.), 2 tablespoon cooked green or yellow vegetables, Other vegetables including potatoes 2 tablespoons, Fruit (Vitamin C rich )1 serving, 1/4 cup Other fruit, 1/4 cup Rice (cooked), 1/2 or 1 Chapati or slice bread with 1 teaspoon Butter/ghee Vanaspati.
Don’t force her to eat food. Give small meals in a whole day. Avoid too much of sweet foods.
Note: Rawa, ragi, jowar, pohe or any other cereals could wholly or partially replace with rice.
