Horlicks, bournvita?

Asked by: 2216 views Kids, Misc

We see so many ads saying add horlicks, bournvita etc to our milk to give additional benefit.

Are they all right? Is milk alone not good?

The new ads about bournvita and horlicks is explained that the milk is a good source of calcium but when it enters in the body, for calcium absorption you need to take vitamin D. So the Bournvita launches the product rich in Vitamin D. When the child drink the milk add this Bournvita Vitamin D product for absorbing the calcium in their body.
It is not necessary for calcium absorption you need to have only bournvita, you can give him vitamin D rich foods like milk, egg, fish, You can go with pediasure also etc. Also the sun light is a very good source of Vitamin D.
