The new ad about bournvita is explained that the milk is a good source of calcium but when it enters in the body, for calcium absorption you need to take vitamin D. So the Bournvita launches the product rich in Vitamin D. When the child drink the milk add this Bournvita Vitamin D product for absorbing the calcium in their body.
It is not necessary for calcium absorption you need to have only bournvita, you can give him vitamin D rich foods like milk, egg, fish etc. & the sun light is a very good source of Vitamin D.
