What to do after a couple of days of partying? after eating for 2-3 days for a wedding function

i want to shed to calories i have eaten? what food should i eat if i want to lose the extra weight?

    You have to include more of protein rich foods like milk & milk products, carbohydrates are in moderate amount like all cereals & cereals products. Fats & oily foods should be consume in small amount. Eat more of raw veg. & fruits in form of salad, chaats etc or in form of soup, juices etc. Avoid outsides food & sweet foods. Drink lots of water. Eat 6-7 small meals in a day. Along with diet you need to do regular exercise which will help you to reduce your excess calories from your body.
