what is a fad diet? who should do it and who cannot do it?

    A fad diet is a weight loss plan. These diets typically don’t result in long-term weight loss and they are usually not very healthy. In fact, some of these diets can actually be dangerous to your health. In this diet does not contain foods from all the food group.
    I suggest dont follow this type of diet. If people who really want to lose weight they follow the balance diet, include vegetables(green leafy vegetables, salad), fruits(citrus), whole grain, egg(white), low fat milk and milk products, lean meat, chicken, fish, nuts this type of food that comes from all food groups.
    Avoid fried food, refined flour, bakery products.
