What is a Typical Low Fat Diet? can you please suggest me one good fad diet with which i can lose 3-4 kgs.

    I don’t suggest you to go with any type fad diet. If you want to lose your weight, You can follow the balance diet. Include the consumption of fruits(mainly citrus), vegetables(mainly green leafy), add salad, soup, whole grain products, low fat milk and milk products in your diet, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day. Consume lean meats, chicken or fish(roasted, grilled and boiled). Avoid red meat, fried chicken or fish, bakery products, Cut down on junk food.

    And you have to start regular effective exercise; You must exercise at least 6 days in a week – 40 minutes each day. Add brisk walk, cycling, swimming.
