    A daily diet should be contain 3 cups of milk, 2 servings of meat, fish, poultry, eggs etc., a dark green or yellow vegetables, & all fruits (especially citrus fruits).
    Your diet should be rich in protein, calcium, iron, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins & minerals, so include all food groups in your diet. Eat small meal just before you feel hunger. Avoid fasting or missing any meal. Include 5-6 servings of veg & fruits, which provides you fiber to prevent constipation. Drink 6-8 glass of plenty water. Oily foods, excessive seasoning, strongly flavored foods should be avoid.
