What can be done to avoid having bad breath? you know it very embarasing at times…what kind of diet should one follow?

You should first make sure you are eating right (getting a balanced diet of protein, carbs, lots of fruits and veggies and plenty of fluids to keep the GI tract healthy) Also very important thing is Keep the teeth and mouth healthy and clean are important to do to prevent bad breath. You have to brush your teeth after having meal. Then rinse your mouth after every meal to remove the foods particles which is sticking in your teeth. Eating berries, citrus fruits, melons and other vitamin C-rich foods, also Apples, carrots, You can also have yogurt. Celery, Coriander, spearmint, tarragon, eucalyptus, rosemary and cardamom are all good for fighting bad breath Chewing sugar-free gum helps because it encourages the flow of saliva without contributing to tooth decay.
