My husband 62 yr old has been diagnosed with low Vit D (below 3). What is the best diet?

    The Sun raises are a good source of vitamin D. So tell him to go for a walk in a morning (between 8- 10 am) for 10- 15 mins.
    For diet the rich sources of Vitamin D are Non veg. foods like egg, fish & chicken along with this include milk & milk products (Curd, buttermilk etc.) which is a good source of Vitamin D & calcium. Include all this food in his diet.
