I have been hearing a lot about DASH diet. What is it? who can follow it?

    It is a Moderate fat & usually a nutritionally balanced diet. The DASH diet is rich in fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products. In this Poultry, fish, and nuts are the main protein sources. This diet can help prevent an age-related increase in blood pressure and lower an already high level, especially when combined with salt reduction.
