    consuming less refined vegetable oil, go with vegetables oil such as, chia seeds, flax seeds, walnut, soybean,also water fish like salmon; Include Fruits like banana, watermelon; green leafy vegetables; low fat dairy products, lentils.
    Drink lots of water.
    Do normal exercise or yoga.
    Avoid: fatty foods, alcohol, caffeine.
