what are food items that have vitamin c in them? How much vitamin c a child of 6 needs per day?

    Amla is the richest source of Vitamin C. Other sources of Vitamin C are like orange, guava, lime, & Veg. are like green leafy veg. (drumsticks leaves & agathi), cabbage, capsicum, bitter gourd. Meat, milk, cereals & pulses are poor sources of Vitamin C. Include all this food in diet.
    The requirement of Vitamin C for a 6 year old child is 25 mg per day.
