How many glassses of water an adult should have to avoid dehydration?

    Adults should consume 2 – 3 liter water (10 -12 glasses) per day. In Summer season consume more water to avoid dehydration. Along with water you can consume lemon juice, coconut water, fruit & veg juices. Eat fruits & veg rich in water content like watermelon, cucumber, sweet lime, oranges, tomato etc. to avoid dehydration.
