These days i hear a lot about GM diet. What exactly is it and how does it work?

    GM diet is known as General Motor diet. This diet is a week (7 days) diet program designed by the doctors & nutritionists supported by General Motor Corporation. They developed this diet plan to help their employees to stay healthy, fit & active. It is a weight loss diet.

    Here is a brief diet plan of GM Diet

    Day 1: eat only fruits (no bananas). Eat fruits as much you want. The best fruits are melon & cantaloupe.

    Day 2: In breakfast, eat a large baked potato which may be flavored with one pat of butter. Eat as many raw or cooked vegetables as you like. Do not place dressing on veggies. Drink lemon juice.

    Day 3: Eat which fruits & vegetables you want. (Except banana)

    Day 4: Eat 8 banana & drink 3 full glasses of milk.

    Day 5: Eat 280 gm of lean beef (in the form of steak & burger). Combine this with six whole tomatoes. & drink 1 more glass of water than usual.

    Day 6: Eat as much beef & vegetables as you like.

    Day 7: Eat brown rice & vegetables, & drink fruit juices.
